Helton Pointe: Qualification for Admissions for Income Restricted
Household must have an income equal to or greater than 1 ½ times the monthly rent amount
Provide social security number for all members
Provide birth certificate for all members
Photo ID for 18 an older
Accepts Section 8 vouchers
Credit report will be obtained
Acceptable rental history (details posted in the office)
Acceptable criminal record check (details posted in the office
